Description: Technical assessment and vast material tests were performed to enable introduction of additional storey upon an existing ground floor production - warehouse building. The following elements were designed: reinforcement of existing foundations, new columns, reinforcements of structural connections of RC- beams, reinforcement of RC-slab which area excided 1.500m2. Building and detail designs of the steel frame structure of the new storey were prepared. The designs were prepared in the period of 11.2014 - 06.2015.

FEM calculations and study were performed as a part of a technical assessment prior to the reconstruction of the Maritime Terminal in Gdynia at ul. Polska 1. The FEM study considered the safety and durability of the dome. The expertise work was performed in November 2013.
